Rayana Jay
Using velvet smooth vocals and airy harmonies, Rayana Jay's music carries a confessional, old-soul storytelling nature rooted in honesty. From love and heartbreak to womanhood and self-discovery, the 25-year-old Richmond, CA, native's music is a direct reflection of her innermost thoughts and feelings at all times. The R&B/soul singer's influences span from Organized Noize and Stevie Wonder, all the way to the raw emotions of Amy Winehouse and sultry tones of Anita Baker. Jay began singing in the choir at ten years old and recorded her first professional song in the summer of 2012. She grew up with her grandmother, who introduced her to classic singers like Johnny "Guitar" Watson, along with her mom who worked at a record label in the 90s. Celebrated by The Fader, NPR, Nylon, TIDAL, BBC1 Extra, Paper Mag, Grown-ish, Atlanta FX and more--Rayana Jay is one of future R&B's most important voices. Her critical darlings & acclaimed projects include: Sorry About Last Night, Morning After, and her 2019 EP, Love Me Like.

DJ Miss Milan
Born & raised in New York City, DJ Miss Milan is the official emcee & DJ for platinum selling artist, Saweetie. Outside of that, Miss Milan has made a career off her passion for bringing people together which can be seen through her work in her local community or her numerous international festival performances at events in Africa, at UK’s Wireless festival and Rolling Loud. Getting a start on Podcast’s & in Television, Milan has found a unique path to curate some of the biggest vibes as a DJ for artists like Meek Mill, Guapdad 400 & Kamaiyah to brands like Adidas & Belair. The music industry has taken notice of her success as Milan has also been featured in Billboard multiple times and is an official curator for Audiomack & TIDAL DJ Selector. She has also been recognized for her work in giving back to her community through teaching at BELA’s Brooklyn charter school and spinning at events like Skylar Diggin’s “Shoot 4 the Sky” basketball camp. Grabbing the attention of major artists, publications & organizations is just the beginning for DJ Miss Milan as she continues to grow in each & every direction.

As the Co-founder and CEO of Women Sound Off, Evangeline 'Vang' Elder is building safe spaces for women and creatives across sectors within and outside of music. She heads marketing at WSO, works partnerships at indie label EMPIRE and runs her own management & marketing agency, All Angles.
