Double Oaked Sour

Ingredients

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

¾ oz lemon juice

¾ oz melted honey (or honey syrup)

Directions

Melt honey in pan or microwave for a few seconds (before bubbling.) Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker or large glass and shake with ice. Enjoy!

Woodford Reserve Palmer

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail)

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

lemonade

iced tea

lemon wedge (for garnish)

Directions

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker or large glass and shake with ice. Garnish with lemon wedge. Enjoy!

Vanilla Pear Bourbon Smash

Ingredients (makes 2 cocktails)

1 very ripe pear

3 oz bourbon

1 oz maple syrup

½ oz lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp allspice

Directions

Cut pear in half, scoop out seeds and stem and dice. Put into medium bowl and mash pear with vanilla. Strain out pulp over large glasses. Add in remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes and shake. Pour into two glasses to enjoy.

Roasted Peach

Old Fashioned

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail)

1 peach

1 orange rind

1 sugar cube or 1 tsp. simple syrup

2-3 dashes orange bitters

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

splash of soda

Directions

Slice peach, sprinkle sugar, and place on pan to broil in oven for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized. Place 1 or 2 peach slides in glass with orange rind and sugar cube and muddle together with rolling pin or back of measuring spoon. Pour in bourbon, add a splash of soda, drop in a few ice cubes and stir. Garnish glass with additional peach slice.
