Women Sound Off and Soho Works team up for “play hard”, a new panel dedicated to the wellness of women in music and media. We’ll explore how prominent and emerging executives take care of themselves and find balance after a 2-year pandemic. We’re setting out to debunk the myth that women have to work hard in order to play hard. We’ll explore the complex relationship between women’s careers and wellness, how that relationship has changed over time and new trends that we hope to set for the women after us.
