Join Women Sound Off for GoinLive101, a virtual workshop about maximizing your efforts on Twitch and creating a streaming studio @ home. The workshop will cover how to utilize Twitch, including content monetization and content strategy on Twitch. We'll also cover how to build a streaming studio at home along with necessary equipment and best practices for set design & lighting.

2020 caught us all a bit off guard. 2021 is all about adapting and widening your digital footprint as a creative. This class will empower you to feel & be more in control of your digital marketing strategy.

Carmena "Red Corvette" Woodward (Co-founder & COO, Women Sound Off)

Carmena Woodward, professionally known as Red Corvette, is a DJ, event planner and visionary hailing from San Francisco, CA. Carmena began her journey in music & content as an intern for NorCal's top radio station 106.1 KMEL. After interning & working behind the scenes, Carmena transitioned to the main stage as a DJ (buying her first controller in 2012). 7+ years later, Carmena is now a traveling DJ & premier event curator. She's worked with brands such as Everlane, Nike, Brooklyn Circus, Lululemon & many more—bringing her musical steez and affinity for R&B to every activation. Carmena has also rocked shows for Trillectro, Electric Forest, Museum of Contemporary Art, Noise Pop and she's completed 2 national tours with BJ The Chicago Kid & Junglepussy.

The Oakland-based DJ & curator is also the COO & co-founder of Women Sound Off (WSO), a platform for womxn and non-binary creatives that has gained notoriety from the likes of Forbes, The Guardian, Washington Post, KQED and more. Carmena spearheads business operations for all of WSO and has led experiential design for 3 nationally acclaimed festivals. Her dedication to crafting transformative spaces that foster real development for BIPOC creatives has allowed Women Sound Off to evolve into a trusted brand.

Carmena’s ability to solve problems in real-time across any stage, venue or format has made her indispensable to anything she touches. Her versatility & love for music discovery, experiential production & content has allowed her to bring a unique and cultured lens to all of her projects. Carmena continues to center creatives throughout her work, building life-changing spaces online and offline.
