Welcome to ADAPT. Our new virtual zoom series, highlighting womxn & their creative pivots during uncertain times. We’ll discuss how quarantine & the current social climate have influenced our workflows + business models, all the way to new forms of business & exchanges that are popping up.

Dana Meyerson is a publicist and partner at Biz 3 and has overseen international print, digital and TV media campaigns, as well as consulting in management and A&R, over her combined 20 years experience in the entertainment industry. Based between Chicago and Los Angeles, Dana works with talent at all levels, overseeing strategy and development for clients in music, film, fashion, art, food and more. Biz 3 has garnered a strong reputation and repped a wide array of indie and major artists over the years, including Daft Punk, Skrillex, Migos, Run The Jewels, J. Cole, Jorja Smith, Justin Bieber, Diplo, Lauryn Hill, Sampha, Miguel, A$AP Rocky, etc.

CRISTELA RODRIGUEZ (Artist Management)

Starting off as a booking intern at the Catalyst Club, Cristela found herself double dipping in both the management and booking spaces of the music business in 2014. After 3 years at a management company, she decided to start her own roster before even graduating college at UC Santa Cruz. With her passion for management at the forefront, she still makes time for festival production and tour managing at least once a year. Cristela now manages Saba, as well as his Chicago based collective, Pivot Gang and has worked as an artist liaison for festivals such as Rolling Loud, SuperCity, and Grizzly Fest. Cristela is passionate about advocating for independent artists, WOC, immigrant rights, and mental health.

As the Co-founder and CEO of Women Sound Off, Evangeline is building safe spaces for women and creatives across sectors within and outside of music. She heads marketing at WSO, works partnerships at indie label EMPIRE and runs her own management & marketing agency, All Angles. Her ability to disrupt the music and creative space as a social entrepreneur continues to shift today's limited ecosystem for musicians and women entertainment—with inclusivity at the helm of her work.
